1. Membership Overview

By enrolling in the Dirty Dog’s Unlimited +Perks Membership, you agree to receive unlimited car washes along with additional exclusive perks as detailed in our FAQs. This membership is designed to offer convenience and savings to our valued customers.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Account Requirement: You must register using accurate personal and payment information. Membership is non-transferable and is intended for personal use only.

3. Payment and Billing

• Membership Fee: The monthly fee is billed in advance on a recurring basis. The fee amount, payment schedule, and any applicable taxes are clearly stated at signup.
• Auto-Renewal: Your membership automatically renews each month. Should you wish to cancel, please refer to Section 5 for cancellation instructions.
• Promotional Pricing: From time to time, Dirty Dog’s may offer promotional pricing for new or existing members. The current $40/month Full-Service Unlimited +Perks offer is available in limited quantities and only to (1) new members or (2) current members upgrading from a lower-tier plan. This promotional price will remain active as long as the membership remains continuously active. If canceled or allowed to lapse, re-enrollment will be subject to standard pricing in effect at that time.

4. Membership Benefits & Perks

• Unlimited Washes: Your membership entitles you to unlimited car washes during regular business hours at participating locations, unless the site is closed due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Exclusive Perks: In addition to washes, your membership includes exclusive perks. For a detailed description of available perks, please consult our FAQ section.
• Service Limitations: The Unlimited +Perks Membership covers washes only. Any additional services not covered under the membership may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Process: You can cancel your membership at any time via the online membership management portal. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a monthly membership period will not be prorated or refunded.
• Reactivation: If you choose to cancel and later re-enroll, your new membership will be subject to current pricing and terms.
• Promotional Pricing Limitation: Members enrolled in promotional offers (including the $40/month Full-Service plan) who cancel or allow their membership to lapse will not be eligible to rejoin at the original promotional rate. Re-enrollment will be subject to standard membership pricing and terms.

6. Use of the Membership

• Proper Use: Membership benefits are for the sole use of the registered member. Abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the membership may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Location Limitations: Wash services are available only at participating locations as listed on our website.

7. Modifications to Terms

• Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• Priority of Documents: In case of any discrepancies between our FAQs and these Terms & Conditions, these T&Cs shall govern.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• Service Interruptions: While we strive for uninterrupted service, Dirty Dog’s is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Dirty Dog’s be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership services.

9. Privacy and Data Use

• Data Protection: At Dirty Dog’s Car Wash, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we collect personal data only when necessary to provide our services, ensuring it’s done lawfully and with your consent. By enrolling, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Marketing Communications: As a member, you’ll receive promotional messages about your perks and services via text message. Opting out of marketing communications may affect the delivery of these important updates.

10. General Terms

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which Dirty Dog’s operates.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
