A: Yes! Your membership grants you access to any Dirty Dog’s Car Wash location. Note that +Perks and wash tiers vary by site and may not be transferrable one-to-one.
- A: Yes! Cancellation is simple and easy through your Customer Portal and must be complete online. Cancel at least 5 days in advance of your next bill date to ensure your payment method isn’t charged for the next billing cycle.
A: No, each membership is valid for one vehicle only. However, select locations and membership plans offer discounts for additional vehicles, and memberships tied to the same phone number can be managed easily through one login via your Customer Portal.
A: Absolutely! Our express tunnels do the work while you remain in your vehicle, and our top-tier wash includes 360 Prep—performed by our team or smart technology (select locations) for a thorough pre-tunnel scrub. Plus, select locations offer interior cleaning so you can drive away Doggone Clean inside and out without lifting a finger.
A: We don’t currently offer an ongoing veteran discount. However, we’re proud to support local causes through our Helping Heroes initiative—including veteran, first responder, and educator groups—through wash donations and free service vehicle washes where permitted by law.
A: You can transfer your membership to a new vehicle by submitting a plate change request through your Customer Portal. Here’s what to know:
- You are allowed one plate change per year.
- Exceptions for multiple membership transfers—such as long-term rentals or new vehicle purchases—require valid documentation and must be submitted through the Customer Portal for management review.
- If your new plate is already linked to a current or former plan, the system will automatically block the request.
A: No. Your membership will remain active until your next bill date and must be canceled at least 5 days before your billing date to ensure your payment method isn’t charged in your next billing cycle.
