The NEW Unlimited +Perks Membership FAQs
The perks are exclusively available to:
- New members who sign up for these plans.
- Existing members of the 4 Alarm Graphene Unlimited Membership, 4 Alarm Graphene Full Service Unlimited Membership, Captain’s Ceramic Unlimited Membership, or Captain’s Ceramic Full Service Unlimited Membership plans who switch to the “Unlimited +Perks” option in the Customer Portal using the SMS link sent out and are paying full price for their membership with no other discounts (upgrade may be required).
- Members who upgrade to any of these plans. (Note: Other plans using the 4 Alarm Graphene or Captain’s Ceramic wash packages are not eligible for Unlimited +Perks unless classified as Unlimited +Perks Memberships.)
- NOT to Limited Memberships (also known as the 5 for 1 Membership).
- Qualified Existing Unlimited Members can switch at any time to activate their new perks. You will receive a link via text message, and to redeem the perks, you must opt in to text message alerts. There is no deadline for activating the perks, but you must use the link sent via text message to switch plans to an Unlimited +Perks membership and start redeeming them.
- Limited Members and Single Wash Customers can sign up for any of the Unlimited +Perks Memberships to automatically activate the perks once they enroll.
The free months are automatically applied to eligible accounts:
- Month 7 is free after 6 months of paid membership.
- Month 14 is free after 12 months of paid membership.
No action is required beyond maintaining your enrollment in the eligible plan.
After 30 days of membership, you’ll receive four $25 vouchers over a four-day period via SMS (must be opted in to receive SMS from us to receive the vouchers) to share with your friends and family.
Q: What can the $100 in wash credits be used for?
A: The vouchers can be used by your friends or family towards:
- Any wash purchase.
- Note: They cannot be used for existing membership payments or combined with any other offer.

At participating sites, the free interior cleaning is only available during your first visit after purchasing the eligible membership or immediately after the on-site purchase of the eligible membership.

- Birmingham, AL
No, the discount is unlimited and never expires if you remain on an eligible plan at participating locations.
No, it only applies to the 4 Alarm Graphene Unlimited +Perks Membership and Captain’s Ceramic Unlimited +Perks Membership plans. It does not apply to the 4 Alarm Graphene Full Service Unlimited +Perks Membership or the Captain’s Ceramic Full Service Unlimited +Perks Membership plans at participating locations, as these plans already include unlimited full service interior cleaning.
The 50% discount applies to eligible Unlimited +Perks memberships only. The base price of the service is always 50% off. Additional fees may apply for extra-large or excessively dirty vehicles.
This special offer is a perk for our Unlimited +Perks Members and allows them to add up to three new members at 50% off. This discount is only valid for new members signing up for the first time.
The 50% off membership pricing is based on our regular Unlimited +Perks membership rates. The Unlimited +Perks 4 Alarm Graphene Membership, normally $40, is available for $20 with the discount. Similarly, the Unlimited +Perks Captain’s Ceramic Membership, regularly $35, is discounted to $17.50.
You can purchase up to three additional memberships at 50% off.
No, the perks only apply to your primary Unlimited +Perks membership. Additional memberships receive the discount but no perks.
The cancellation of the main Unlimited +Perks membership may result in the loss of the membership for additional accounts.
The perks are tied to the original Unlimited +Perks membership holder. However, the $100 in wash credits is designed for gifting to friends and family in $25 increments.
If you cancel or change plans:
- Perks already redeemed remain valid.
- If you switch to another eligible Unlimited +Perks membership, perks reset based on your new start date.
If you switch to a Limited membership, you lose access to the extensive Unlimited +Perks Membership perks.
