- DDCW unlimited plan fee will be automatically charged each month to the customer’s credit card on the original purchase date.
- Membership may be canceled in person at your home location or online only if you originally purchased your plan online. You must cancel your plan five days prior to your next billing date.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED MONTHS.
- In the event, DDCW is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to card expiration or change in information, the customer’s plan will automatically be deactivated. Reactivation will be at the current retail price.
- DDCW reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or during equipment/electrical failure.
